How do I install an Épica plugin?
Installation is automatic on macOS using the provided .pkg installer. For Windows, plugin files must be moved manually to the correct folders and you should ensure permission is granted to use your license. Please follow the instructions at /installation for full details.
I cannot see the plugins in my DAW
Some DAWs allow you to manually rescan for new plugins in their preferences or plugin manager. Others—such as Pro Tools—require you to fully restart the DAW in order to detect newly installed plugins. If you don't see your Épica plugins after installation, please try restarting your DAW first. For further troubleshooting, consult your DAW manual. If the issue persists, please contact support@epicaaudio.com.
Can I try plugins before I buy?
Trials are offered for eligible products from the site when you sign in; product pages show what is available. If you’re unsure about an offer window, contact support and we can confirm.
Where do I download my purchase?
Sign in at epicaaudio.com/profile and use My Products to download installers and builds tied to your purchases—including again on a new computer, as long as you stay within your license’s activation limit (details are in your license email or account). If activation still fails or mail instructions don’t match what you see in the plug-in, support often resolves it by having you pull a fresh download from My Products. A few legacy free installers ship outside that list—if you got them via a promo or newsletter and need an update, email support@epicaaudio.com.
How do I pay, and what payment methods are supported?
We use the FastSpring payment portal, which supports all major credit cards, PayPal, and additional local payment options depending on your region. In Chile, we also support purchases using Transbank. If you have any issues during checkout or don't see your preferred payment method, please contact support@epicaaudio.com for assistance. If your payment went through but you did not receive your license, email us with the account email you used at checkout and we’ll help resolve it.
I bought from a reseller. How do I get my license?
We work with authorized resellers and distribution platforms, including Musehub and Stacks Audio, who handle their own licensing and activation systems. If you purchased through a reseller or platform (for example Musehub, Stacks Audio, or others), please contact them directly for your license key and any activation issues—they manage those sales and support separately from our store.
About the Épica agent
The agent is an automated helper for epicaaudio.com. It is not a human. It uses a language model plus our own instructions and tools so answers can stay aligned with your account and the live catalog when you are signed in.
